My romantic escape was amazing! the staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help us. the room was cozy and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the window. We loved the breakfast, especially the fresh pastries and delicious coffee. the location was perfect for walks on the beach and exploring the nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the complimentary champagne and chocolates provided upon arrival.

The noise from nearby construction, which started early in the morning and woke us up. the soundproofing in our room could have been a bit better, as we could hear people talking in the hallway and doors slamming.

This business-style hotel provides a great location for anyone visiting the city, only a short stroll to the city center offering a variety of dining and entertainment options. the friendly staff provides exceptional service and an inviting atmosphere. the rooms are comfortable featuring adjustable heating and clean bathrooms with hot water, providing a great perk after a busy day exploring the city.

There were no fitness rooms or exercise equipment available on site which might be a downside for fitness enthusiasts.

The hotel's location was great since it was in the heart of the city, which offered easy access to many shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist with any questions I had. the hotel served excellent Christmas meals- the turkey was cooked to perfection!

My bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows were too firm, resulting in a terrible night's sleep. the heating in my room was not functioning correctly, which made it freezing during the night.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The location is amazing, only 2 minutes walk from the city center. The hotel facilities were top-notch, everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Additionally, transportation was very convenient because this city has excellent public transportation.

Nothing to complain about at all.
